Dear Alumni & Friends of CMU,

Exciting results emerge when you mix elements together in new and unexpected ways. That is what is happening at CMU. Students and faculty from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and experiences are coming here to learn in environments that cross disciplines and mix traditional and technologically advanced methods to prepare the leaders of today and tomorrow in communities throughout Michigan and beyond our borders. The construction of the new $50 million Health Professions Building is just one example of new opportunities emerging through the collaboration of diverse disciplines and learning environments that meet the needs of our students, faculty, and communities.

In this same energy, Development & Alumni Relations is seeking a new level of expansion that can only come from you. We are looking to you for a mix of support that can come in a variety of ways, either through financial gifts, or gifts of time and talent. Support our student athletes, join an alumni organization in your area, and advocate for CMU whenever you get the chance. Talk to your representatives in Lansing about the great things happening at CMU. Offer your financial support to assist CMU in its effort to provide scholarships for deserving students, establish endowed faculty support, and support capital projects that continue to enhance learning opportunities.
