As executive director of alumni relations, Mary Lu is responsible for the planning, implementation, and effectiveness of on- and off-campus events and programs for more than 160,000 CMU alumni worldwide. Mary Lu fosters the connection of alumni and CMU and encourages all alumni and friends to become involved in the university. She provides leadership for the volunteer Alumni Association Board; serves on the editorial board of the alumni magazine; and works closely with fund-raising staff.
