Rock Rally – Plachta Auditorium
The Rock Rally will include a Pep Rally and Mock Rock contest for this year’s Maroon Cup. Other activities will include the announcement of the Homecoming Ambassadors and presentation of the 2007 CMU Football team. Join alumni, friends, students, faculty and staff for this annual event!

Homecoming 5K Run/Miles for Medals – Bennett Track
Join alumni and friends for this annual Homecoming 5K Run and the premier Miles for Medals Walk on Saturday, September 29th at the Outdoor Bennett Track (West of Kelly/Shorts Stadium). Pre-registration is available on www.somi.org and registration begins day of the event at 7:15 am. The event will begin at 8:00 am with a cost of $25.00 for the 5K run. includes t-shirt, SOMI, donation & raffle ticket) Miles for Medals walkers are encouraged to set a personal fundraising goal of $100.00 per walker. Special Olympics, University Recreation and CMU Alumni Relations are proud to be partners in this premier event! Special Olympics is changing lives!
