Children and grandchildren of Central Michigan University alumni who live outside Michigan are eligible to attend CMU for in-state tuition rates through the university's alumni legacy program.

To be considered for the special tuition rate, prospective students should fill out the section of the admissions application that asks for their parents' or grandparent's names, Social Security numbers and dates of attendance at CMU.
